Distributing your eTextbook

A number of distribution options are open to you if you use eTextbookCreator to package an eTextbook. If you are generating an eTextbook with encrypted content, you will need to arrange distribution with eTextbookShop, so that students may purchase and generate licences for your book. If your eTextbook is entirely open, unencrypted content you may choose to distribute the book yourself, simply pointing readers to eTextbookShop to download eTextbookViewer which they will need to read and work with the textbook.

Authors distributing their eTextbook through eTextbookShop will have access to a comprehensive ‘live’ view on the sales of their book, current royalty rates and targets. This view will also allow historical reporting of sales by month, and by country.
